Technology has brought about the paperless office. Spiritual awakening will bring about the agendaless church meeting. Go agendaless — let the Spirit lead!

“The Salvation Army was born in the superheated fires of revival, coming into being through obedience, dedication, and holy courage. . . Holy testimonies blistered our lips and knee drills (prayer meetings) were crowded with earnest, believing prayers. That sovereign, sudden, searching work of God appears to be missing (nowadays) except in isolated pockets. . . We need to stand before the Lord in our true state, ‘poor, miserable and blind,’ desperate for revival.” –Colonel Brian Tuck in the January 2013 issue of “War Cry” magazine, the national magazine of The Salvation Army USA

Go agendaless!  Let the Holy Spirit lead His church meetings.

My wife and I lead a non-traditional church in Nashville based on open participation and Spirit-led sharing. We long to see the power and passion of the early church come to life in our time.

  1. It is true in this tecknologial age we are getting more paperless. However we have a segment of our society that still wants to keep paper records. Also, another segment still wants to read the harback bible, prayer book and sing to the hym book in church. I agree things like newspapers and junk mail from the post office just contribute to a mess and more to put in our trash cans. There will also be the day when the telephone land line will be a thing of the past for homes and businesses. It is easier to pay abill by phone or online then send it snail mail.
