Inside addition (not Inside Edition) is the key to a beautiful life. However, it’s not automatic. It all depends on which mathematical formula you follow:
Self + pride = hypocrisy
Self + fear or worry = torment
Self + anger = bitterness & misery
Self + negativity = depression
Self + wrongdoing = guilt & alienation
Self + vulgarity = cynicism
Self + religion = false security
-Self + the living Christ = ongoing peace, freedom & transformation
