Why Settle For Microsoft’s “Surface” When There’s A Tablet Deep In Your Heart?

Today Steve Ballmer, Microsoft’s CEO, introduced “Surface” their new tablet computer.  But why settle for “Surface” when there’s a tablet computer deep in your own heart.  It comes as standard equipment with human beings.

The Bible teaches that the Spirit of God downloads His words “on tablets of human hearts.”  (Check it out — 2 Corinthians 3:3.)  To connect with God, you have to go deeper than the surface to the depths of your heart.

So pull back the cover from your heart’s tablet.  Click on God’s apps and marvel at what He shows you.

About Steve Simms

I like to look and think outside the box. In college I encountered Jesus Christ and I have been passionate about trying to get to know Him better ever since. My wife and I co-lead a non-traditional expression of the body of Christ in Nashville based on open participation and Spirit-led sharing. We long to see the power and passion of the first Christ-followers come to life in our time. I have written a book about our experiences called, "Beyond Church: An Invitation To Experience The Lost Word Of The Bible--Ekklesia" that is available in Kindle & paperback @ http://amzn.to/2nCr5dP
